At Kids2Kids Preloved, we take great care in checking every item before it is listed, packed, and shipped to you. Each piece is inspected multiple times to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, we’re happy to help.
How to Request a Return
If you believe an item is not as described or has a fault we missed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at kids2kidspreloved@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the item must still have its Kids2Kids tags attached and be in the same condition as when received.
If your return is approved, you will need to post the item back to us at your own cost. Once received and checked, we will process your refund.
